7. Return and cancellation policy
If the client has consumer status, they benefit from the legal right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 calendar days, in accordance with legislation in force.
However, according to legal provisions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or customized according to the client’s specifications.
For standard products, if applicable, return conditions will be communicated to the client individually.
Any order cancellations can only be made before the production process begins.
8. Limitation of liability
Sentro makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information presented on the website and the quality of products and services offered.
However, Sentro cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or for the manner in which information on the site is used by users.
